We reserve your time exclusively for you. We value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our customers, we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Failure to appear (no- shows) to your appointment will result in a 100% charge. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may be require a full non-refundable deposit for future booking. We have a 10-minutes grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service and 50% cancellation fee may apply to cover the reserved time. We truly appreciate your courtesy and understanding.
